We can organise delivery of most of the items you see on this site and in our showroom.We have an in-house local delivery service that covers most of the southwest and anything outside of that area can be handled by either couriers or pallet delivery firms, though most people prefer to use sites like AnyVan or Shiply which often have more economical rates. We strongly recommend viewing in person or at least requesting a condition report before purchase.
All reclaimed items are sold as seen.
Where there is a fault with your purchase (in the case of reclaimed items a fault beyond that expected of the condition of the item at the point of purchase), you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one if available.
If an item is new then standard statutory purchasing and return rules apply.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Any cost of returning an item is paid by the customer.
Unless arranged at the time of purchase, any items not collected from us within 3 months of the date of purchase will be classed as abandoned and eligible for resale. We reserve the right to charge for storage of uncollected items.
Any deposits paid are valid for one month. If the remaining balance is not paid within that time, the deposit will be forfeited and the item(s) will no longer be reserved.
